Leading In The Human-AI-Era Programme This Digital Badge and Certificate represents the completion of a customized learning experience designed to build leadership capabilities for the age of AI at PETRONAS. The programme explores the evolution of AI in the energy sector, AI-enabled business and strategy, leading and inspiring teams, and innovation through experimentation with responsible AI. Participants engage with curated content, HBR facilitators and PETRONAS Senior Leaders through live sessions and a face-to-face workshop, and apply their learning to real business challenges and opportunities.
